Fang Wei is a globally experienced business development and HR executive. She has worked in US, Canada, and China with major corporations such as Phillips Corporation and Canadian Tire, as well as with Canadian start-ups seeking to globalize. Fang has additionally held senior leadership roles in high-tech and advanced materials start-ups, as well as a number of non-profit organizations.

Fang has demonstrated the ability to integrate strong business acumen and expertise in major HR functions. She has successfully established true partnerships with business groups and leaders, and impacted human capital management and development to support business objectives. Her strategic thinking, passion for results and focus on value-added solutions have been key contributors to her success.

Fang Wei holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), an MA in Applied Linguistics from York University and a B.A. in English. She combines working at homeD with a very active role in the ALS society in BC, where she is a Support Group Facilitator.
