homeD Modular Technologies Inc., the Canadian leader in rapid modular housing solutions, welcomes Joyda Bianco as Chief Financial Officer. Joyda Bianco is a CPA and CGA licensed in British Columbia. She has over 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Her experience spans various industries, including banking (G&F Financial Group) and technology (Hyperview Technologies Inc). Joyda has extensive experience with government and not-for-profit organizations such as Calgary Economic Development, the City of Vancouver, and Doctors of BC.
Joyda has a proven track record of implementing accounting and financial processes and controls that enhance business profitability. Notable projects include financial management for the construction of the Calgary Film Centre ($30M). She is driven by a desire to create value and takes pride in transforming business decision-making through data insights. In addition to her work as a finance leader, she has been recognized as an agile contributor to driving strategy and teamwork across organizations.
Joyda Bianco holds an MBA in Finance from the Sauder School of Business (University of British Columbia). She combines working at homeD with her role as CFO at Hyperview and enjoys her downtime at the gym and hiking in the mountains with family and friends.

Joyda will lead the financial operations for homeD’s first two pilot projects in Vancouver’s DTES. These projects are currently in application for development and building permit with the City of Vancouver.
