homeD Modular Technologies Inc., the Canadian leader in rapid modular housing solutions, welcomes Mike Hartigan as Chief Operating Officer. Mike brings 40 years of experience in construction, managing complex and high value developments. He has worked in Canada and internationally in the UK, New Zealand, Papa New Guinea, and Indonesia.
Prior to joining homeD, Mike served as Construction Director at PCL Constructors, Dominion Fairmile Construction, Intrawest, Emaar, Intracorp, and Beedie Development Group.

Mike will be leading the operations for homeD’s first two pilot projects in Vancouver’s DTES. These projects are currently in application for development and building permit with City of Vancouver.
